To put in layman's terms. Groupon deal You get what ya pay for. Spa facilities were average {sauna, steam room, small jacuzzi and pool. Customer service pretty good. Food (sandwiches, scone and fruit with a drink The massage was the star of the show. Worth the money, but I wouldn't go around telling my friends
Amazing customer service manager of the spa was so nice looked after us all the way.. only downside is there was no music at the pool/hot tub area but everything else combined you still deserve 5 stars, a clean friendly environment. Massages were so relaxing 😍 and food served tasted fresh xx will come again definitely was worth the journey from Mickleover in Derby to Kegworth xx

This is a very welcoming and fantastic gym. The equipment is top class, with smooth movement on all pieces. Excellent weights area with everything you need. The variety of exercise classes they have means that you will find something that you will love and also, give everything a try because I can guarantee you will definitely enjoy other things too that you may not expect yourself to. I must say, the other members here are lovely and without a doubt you will get talking to people and then have a group of gym friends. Finally, what makes this place shine above anywhere else .... The STAFF!! They are the best, always on hand to help and genuinely interested in 'you'
Friendly staff and environment for all. Also have a young person member ship for younger teens and my son loves it.
